I’ve met this guy about three times in my life..guess that’s what happens when you live in nyc. I can honestly say I’ve never met someone so humble and sweet. Utterly beautiful,in person lol. It’s funny because he’s not as well-known for his music than for his acting resume,but seeing him play with the other guys of paGODa,the times I did,brings good memories back to me. Reminds me of why I love/want to make music in the first place..and of the crazy,random nights with my friends..walking down dark streets,yelling at the top of our lungs,drunk.Bumping into dumb models with their cheetah print coats.Going for cheap slices of pizza,getting high and just feeling careless and..free. I saw this picture of him and for some reason all of it came back haha.

Also..I got to see this and many other works by late designer Alexander Mcqueen,tonight,in person. Seeing his designs and being knowledgeable of the ideas behind his work sort of gave way for the dark and slightly perverse self I keep subdued in most situations,more often then not. You can’t help but feel a little more connected to the primal self within you,upon exposure to his work. I guess what I mean is,the exhibit was very..inspiring. What set him apart from many designers was his ability to convey ideas, sometimes radical, but always with a rawness,substance and I’d say even with a hint of anger, to the public..regardless of how disturbed anyone was. He was the kind of artist who would force you to see the beauty,the romanticism,the disturbing and sometimes disgusting aspects of being human. All of this,through pieces of fashion,believe it or not.

Reflejos.

I find it humorous how I know a lot of people..but not many people [know] me,not really. It’s cute when they feel they do though. I think I’m gonna keep things that way. Those who deserve to see into me,already know what lies there,so the others are therefore irrelevant,obsolete and without value..at least not their opinions or thoughts with respect to myself lol. A lot can change in a year..I used to be impulsive..guided by emotions and good intentions..and sincerity,most importantly..stupid stupid way of approaching most people lol. I’ve been a fan of humility always and excuse me for saying this,but..I’m top notch,as a friend,as a person. I’d hate to have to fully become a jerk,but I’ve been learning :)

I love every song these guys put out. Their songs remind me a lot of last year,particularly..for good and bad reasons lol. Either way,music is always great company regardless of how things are going..and this group definitely knows how to make your mind travel.
